- 01Due to the nature of my work, and that all of my pieces are made to order and customized for you, all sales are final. If you have questions about any of my items, please reach out prior to purchasing! 
- 02Each piece of our jewelry is handcrafted with care and designed to last for years to come. With the right care, your silver, gold, and gemstone pieces will stay beautiful and timeless. To clean your jewelry, use warm water, soap, and a soft toothbrush. Avoid abrasive cloths, perfumes, and lotions. Metals may tarnish or scratch over time, and we are not responsible for damaged jewelry due to wear and tear. If your item needs repair, please reach out. Any items that need repair within 60 days won't incur a repair fee. To inquire about a repair or professional cleaning, please contact us directly—we’ll be happy to guide you through the process. 
- 03All my jewelry is handmade by me in Washington, DC. Therefore, production and processing times will vary depending on order numbers and the intricacy of the work for your unique piece. In general, items will take 4-6 weeks plus shipping time. If you need something by a certain date, please reach out, and I will do my best to accommodate. ​ Rush orders can be accommodated, but need to be approved by me prior to ordering, so please reach out! ​ Actual shipping times will vary, but when your order is ready to ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation email which will include a tracking number. Please make sure your address is correct, as Naomi Plasky Studios is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping provider if you have any questions related to delivery. 
- 04All jewelry is crafted from .975 sterling silver and/or 10k or 14k solid yellow gold, and is handmade by me (except for certain clasps, which will be made from the same metal to match your design). Unless otherwise stated, all stones are natural.
